Anthony graduated from Georgia College in 1986 with a BBA in accounting and joined the firm in September of the same year. He was admitted as a Member of the firm on January 1, 1999. His practice involves tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, LLC’s, corporations, and audits of various entities including trucking companies, construction companies, and government entities. He is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Dana W. Ingrando

Dana W. Ingrando

CPA

Dana received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Southern University and was admitted as a Member of the firm in 2005. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of CPAs and is a Past President of the Heart of Georgia Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Dana has a broad range of knowledge and experience in individual, partnership, corporate, non-profit, fiduciary, and estate tax preparation and in the auditing of small businesses, city and county municipalities, and non-profits. She also has extensive experience in serving as a Qualified Intermediary for IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges.

Dana and her husband have two daughters and are active members of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Dana serves on the Executive Board of WINGS as their Treasurer. She enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time.

Elsie M. Stevens

Elsie graduated from Georgia College & State University with a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She became a CPA in Georgia after passing, in the first sitting, all four parts of the rigorous CPA exam. She spent her first four years in accounting working for a couple of small CPA firms in middle Georgia. She then returned to her hometown to begin working with our firm. After five years with CKT, she was admitted as a Member of the firm in January of 2009.

With over 15 years experience, Elsie offers expertise in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, estate, individual, and business income tax, and audits and reviews of small businesses and non-profits. She believes that the key to adding value and helping clients become successful is understanding their entire business operation – not just the accounting and tax reporting requirements. Her top priority is always being accessible to clients.

Elsie has served as a community board member for several organizations, including Dublin Laurens Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Dublin Laurens County, and Pilot Club of Dublin. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Georgia Society of CPAs, and Heart of Georgia Chapter of CPAs.

Whether at work or at home, Elsie focuses on providing high quality customer service while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She stays busy with her husband, Chris, and two sons in various community activities. She and her family are active members of Dudley Baptist Church where she serves on the Student Ministry Team.

Jake Sheffield

Jake graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting in 2007. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He began his career in Atlanta working for a national accounting firm where he specialized in corporate and partnership taxes. After obtaining his CPA, he moved back to Dublin to work for a local accounting firm specializing in small business and individual tax returns. He began working with our firm in 2016 and was admitted as a Member in 2022.

Jake is an active member of the community. He has served in many capacities for multiple local organizations. He is a member of the Exchange Club of Dublin where he has served on the board and in numerous officer roles. He is also an elder of Connection Church Dublin where he serves on the production team. He is married to Shelly and has three wonderful children that keep his life active outside of the office.

Lori Y. Norton

Lori Y. Norton

CPA

Lori graduated from Georgia College & State University in 1998 with a BBA in Accounting. She began her career at another local accounting firm, where she worked for 15 years. She left public accounting to work for a local financial institution for 4 years. Lori decided to return to public accounting and began working with the firm in 2018. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. She also serves as the current President of the Heart of Georgia Chapter of CPAs.

Lori’s expertise is in audits and reviews; she works on audits and reviews for small businesses, non-profits, governmental entities, and financial institutions. She also provides consulting services to clients. Lori enjoys working with the clients, learning their business operations, and helping guide them in all accounting related issues.

Lori and her husband, Matt, have two children. In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with family and reading.

Trey Hall

Trey Hall

Trey graduated from Georgia College and State University with a BBA in Accounting in 2001. He worked as an auditor for Georgia Department of Audits for 4 ½ years where he was in charge of several engagements. He has been with the firm since June of 2006 and is currently studying for the CPA exam. Trey prepares individual, closely held business, fiduciary and non-profit tax returns, as well as business and tax consulting, and audits small governments. Trey enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, hunting and fishing.

Callan Morris

Callan Morris

Callan grew up in Dublin, Georgia and was a 2004 honor graduate of West Laurens High School. Callan went on to study accounting at Georgia Southern University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2009 and a Master of Accounting in 2010. She began her career in 2010 in Macon, Georgia, where she worked for a large public accounting firm auditing electric cooperatives. Callan joined our firm in 2013 and works on audits, IRS Code Section 1031 tax deferred exchanges, along with individual, corporate, non-profit, and partnership tax returns. She also works on various consulting projects directly with clients and enjoys teaching opportunities to help her clients gain skill and confidence in their business accounting practices.

Callan is married to Jonathan, and they have one son. Callan enjoys being at home with her family, cooking, cruising, and spending time at their home away from home, Flagler Beach.

Tucker C. Hart

Tucker C. Hart

Tucker is a Laurens County native who received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University in 2021. He began his career with the firm in January 2021. Tucker primarily works in the areas of audit and taxation for corporations, partnerships, and local governments. He is currently on the path to complete the CPA exam and all of its requirements. Tucker is an active member of Marie Baptist Church, where he serves as the pianist.

Shane Lord

Shane Lord

Shane is a graduate of Heart of Georgia Technical College with a diploma in accounting. She started with the firm in 1996 as a receptionist and is now our Head Bookkeeper. She manages the work of her clients with dedication, skill and a smile. She enjoys building relationships with her clients as she prepares their payroll checks, quarterly payroll reports, W2’s & 1099’s, sales tax reports and monthly financials. Shane is also responsible for assisting in tax preparation for individuals and small corporations and partnerships during tax season.

Shane is married and has 4 daughters. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She believes in starting the day with a prayer and positive attitude and giving Christ all the credit.

Beverly Joiner

Beverly Joiner

Beverly began working as a Front Office Assistant in 2014. She is responsible for our Accounts Receivable, processes tax returns, greet clients with a smile in person or on the phone, keeps the office organized and in order, helps our bookkeepers when needed, and serves as the office E-file coordinator. Beverly has 13 years of banking experience as a Teller, Head Teller and Customer Service Representative. She is cheerful and always willing to help.

She enjoys spending time with her 4 kids and being crafty in her spare time.

Sedina Chalker

Sedina Chalker

Sedina graduated from Oconee Fall Line Technical School with an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Accounting in August 2019. Sedina began working with the firm in July 2021 and is generally responsible for payrolls, bookkeeping, and sales tax reports. She enjoys building relationships and working closely with her clients.

Sedina is married with one daughter and two stepdaughters. She enjoys traveling, old cars and trucks and spending time with her children and her family.

Brooke Luecke

Brooke graduated from Oconee Fall Line Technical College with a diploma in bookkeeping in May 2022. She started with the firm in September 2021 while still in school. She is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax reports. Brooke is married with 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and relaxing with her family.

Kathy Oliver

Kathy Oliver

Kathy has 35 years of experience in business administration, bookkeeping and payroll. She attended Georgia College. Most of her business career was with a dental office, where she spent most of 25 years as office manager. She has served as payroll manager for a couple of industries with 100+ employees. She was instrumental in helping to build a large home health care company, where she was manager over payroll, accounts payable and receivable. Kathy joined Christian, Kelly, Thigpen in February 2015 as a part time tax return processor and receptionist. In April of that year, she became a fulltime employee as a front office assistant. She has since been promoted to a fulltime bookkeeper with responsibility of payroll checks, monthly and quarterly tax reports, and sales tax reports. Kathy enjoys building strong relationships with her clients. Kathy is the mother of two children, one grandchild, and one on the way.

Sabrina Newsome

Sabrina Newsome

Sabrina began working with the firm in January of 2023. She comes from an accounting firm in North Carolina where she has worked for 5 years taking care of clients and accounts receivable. She is currently attending Oconee Fall Line Technical College where she is pursuing her associate degree in accounting. Sabrina is one of the first faces you will be greeted with as you walk in. She is one of our Front Office Assistants and helps with clients both in person and on the phone. She also helps with the firms Accounts Receivable and processing tax returns for our clients. Sabrina has a son that she enjoys spending time with along with her family. She also enjoys going to the gym and traveling.

1031 Exchange

Ashley Brown

Ashley Brown

Ashley is the Exchange Coordinator for our sister company, Georgia Tax Free Exchange LLC. She coordinates with closing attorneys to make sure that the taxpayer complies with IRS section 1031 requirements. Originally from the sunny state of Florida, she embraced a new adventure when she moved to Dublin, Ga in 2011. She brings over 12 years of valuable experience in banking and customer service. Beyond the office, you’ll find her spending time with her two little boys, family, and friends.
