The Firm’s roots go back over sixty years in Dublin, Georgia when the practice was
started by Don Lamb, and later owned by Lester Graham and Harold Barrentine, all ex-
IRS agents with a wealth of tax knowledge. In 1995, Wayne Christian, Don Christian,
Ralph Kelly, and Michael Thigpen, reorganized as Christian Kelly, Thigpen & Co. and
owned the firm until their retirement. In 2022, the existing partners renamed the firm
The Bellevue Firm, LLC after the historic street on which it is located in beautiful
downtown Dublin.
Although the firm name has changed over the years, the dedication of the partners and
employees, both to the firm and to the clients, has remained constant. We view every
client relationship as a partnership and truly believe that our success is a result of your
success. Our continual investment of time and resources in professional continuing
education, state-of-the-art computer technology and extensive business relationships is
proof of our commitment to excellence. We are progressively developing to meet the
increasingly complex needs of our clients.
